[INTERNSHIP] PROGRAMS
In McAllen, Harlingen, and Brownsville, TX
1.
Project Management Intern
→ Assist project managers with scheduling roof installations, quality checks, and customer communication. Gain hands-on experience in workflow organization, time management, and job-site documentation.
2.
Estimating & Inspections Intern
→ Shadow senior estimators and learn to assess roof conditions using inspection software and drone images. Help prepare customer estimate reports and learn about insurance claim processes.
3.
Marketing & Community Outreach Intern
→ Support the marketing team in promoting community roofing safety programs, social media campaigns, and educational content. Helped coordinate local volunteer roofing events and brand awareness initiatives.
4.
Customer Experience & Communication Intern
→ Assist the customer relations department in following up with homeowners, gathering satisfaction feedback, and documenting service improvements. Learn the principles of professional communication and service excellence.
5.
Office & Operations Intern
→ Learn administrative processes including scheduling, file organization, and inventory management. Support the office team with coordination between crews, vendors, and customers.
6.
Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Intern
→ Research roofing materials and ventilation solutions that promote energy efficiency. Help prepare educational materials about lowering home energy costs and environmentally conscious roofing solutions.
7.
Community Service & Corporate Social Responsibility Intern
→ Assist in organizing and executing community service projects such as free roof inspections for elderly homeowners, neighborhood cleanup days, and fundraising for families affected by storm damage.
8.
Leadership & Business Development Intern
→ Work directly with company leadership to understand business growth strategies, customer experience differentiation, and the values behind XYZ Roofing’s “Be Xtraordinary” mission.
